Description

This 2-hour Mindful Arts session offers an immersive experience to reconnect with yourself, process emotions, and gain fresh perspectives. It invites you to explore your inner world through a variety of creative techniques, such as drawing, collage, painting, or writing. We will welcome whatever naturally emerges, helping you navigate challenges, unlock your creativity, and clarify the key themes of your life. At the end of this session, you will leave with concrete tools to continue your journey of self-expression and growth in your daily life.

Sessions can be held online or in person, according to your preference.

Materials:
  • For in-person sessions: All materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring any personal items, like your favorite notebook or creative journal.
  • For online sessions:  Have basic art supplies ready, such as a notebook, paint, pens, markers, colored pencils, pastels, scissors, glue, or magazines—whatever you have on hand. Ensure you’re in a comfortable, distraction-free space.
