I tailor my guidance to meet your unique needs in individual sessions and group workshops. I prioritize the creation of a safe and supportive space for you to express and connect with the power of your creativity. While I generally adopt an empathetic, practical, and poetic approach, I infuse elements of humor and kind honesty to provide perspective and uncover the different layers of a situation. I offer guidelines for creative explorations and contemplation, aiming to reveal the golden nuggets of wisdom residing within you.
Furthermore, when it feels right for you, a touch of spirituality can add depth to our exchanges. Having walked a spiritual path for over 10 years, I've witnessed the various dynamics involved in spiritual evolution.
My sincere hope is for you to feel heard, supported, inspired, and warmed by your inner fire.
In short:
Yes, I am qualified. I hold a master's degree in Dance Movement Therapy, and in Canada, Art Therapy is presently a self-regulated field. Additionally, I consciously choose not to provide psychotherapy but instead focus on self-awareness and personal growth. My work is with individuals aiming to deepen their self-awareness, discover more meaning in life, and optimize their relationship with themselves and the world.
In long:
I hold a master's degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Paris Descartes University, France, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Paul Valery Montpellier University.
Throughout my studies, I completed Dance Movement Therapy internships, focusing on personal development within a women's group centered on connecting with the archetype of the Wild Woman of Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I also trained under a Dance Therapist supervisor in a psychiatric day hospital for adults.
Furthermore, I have always been crafting and dancing since I was very young.
Since 2007, I have been actively engaged in bellydance—continuously training, teaching, performing, and collaborating with the Arborescence Dance Company. This journey has expanded my creative skills holistically, involving costume design, music editing, choreography creation, and the planning of dance classes.
Additionally, I believe every individual has the capacity to reframe their mindset and experience holistic growth. As a facilitator, my ongoing role is to empower individuals with the tools to be independent and self-confident. I wish for you to be your primary ally in life, and to appreciate the meaningful poetry of life—ultimately, to thoroughly enjoy the journey. All of this is achieved through playful yet profound creative explorations.
Generally, my work is geared towards women, but men are welcome if they resonate with my energy and proposals. You will find information in the sessions and workshops descriptions, indicating if a program is specifically tailored for a certain audience.
