This 1-hour Mindful Arts session offers a focused and creative way to reconnect with yourself, process emotions, and gain fresh perspectives. Refreshing and efficient, it invites you to explore your inner world through a personalized blend of artistic techniques. Sessions can be conducted online or in person, based on your preference.

We’ll explore your needs through creative practices such as drawing, collage, painting, or journaling. Using the complementarity of different media, we’ll welcome what naturally emerges. This session helps you process challenges, unlock your creative flow, and gain clarity on life’s key themes.

Materials:
  • For in-person sessions: All materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring any personal items, like your favorite notebook or creative journal.
  • For online sessions:  Have basic art supplies ready, such as a notebook, paper or creative journal, and materials like paint, pens, markers, scissors, glue, or magazines—whatever you have on hand. Ensure you’re in a comfortable, distraction-free space.
