Discover or refine your dance through individual sessions tailored to your needs. During these sessions, we will focus on perfecting isolations, improving balance, and mastering the techniques of tribal bellydance, particularly FCBD® and Tribal Fusion styles. These sessions are accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced, both in person and online.
These sessions are ideal for:

- Developing your strength and improving your flexibility,
- Creating custom choreographies,
- Cultivating a mindset conducive to personal growth through dance.
So… adorn your hips, wear your favorite outfit, free your hair, put on your jewelry, and let’s honor your body and your femininity together!
A few tips to make the most of your session:
- Clothing:
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a wide range of movement. If you prefer to dance barefoot, that’s perfect, but non-slip socks or soft slippers can also be suitable.
- Materials:
- A water bottle.
- A yoga mat or cushion, useful during warm-up or centering phases.
- Your notebook for taking notes.
- For online sessions:
- Prepare an open space where you can move freely, without obstacles. Make sure you have enough space to extend your arms and move around safely.
- A device with a good internet connection and a camera so I can guide you properly.
- Create a calming atmosphere to help you relax and express yourself.
