It’s also a chance to reconnect with your inner child—the part of you that knows how to play, dream, and feel wonder—bringing a fresh sense of innocence to your journaling.

Full Programme

This 8-part workshop series invites you to rediscover journaling in a creative way. Using three core languages—writing, drawing, and collaging—your journal becomes a safe space to express, process, and stay connected to yourself.

Whether you're new or returning to journaling, you'll be gently guided back to your inner wisdom. No need to be a writer or artist - Just come as you are.

By the end, you’ll have a personalized journaling practice that feels grounding, inspiring, and truly supportive of your path.

An introduction to the Creative Resource Journal—a safe, inspiring space for self-expression, exploration, and growth. We’ll define what this practice is (and isn’t) and explore how to move through journaling blockages with ease. You’ll discover the three core languages of the practice—writing, drawing, and collaging—through a simple exercise you can revisit anytime. Plus, you’ll get to know your Essential Kit: a basic and accessible set of tools to spark creativity and enjoyment in your journaling journey.

Connect with an inner guide—a wise, supportive presence that can accompany you throughout your journaling journey. This inner ally can offer clarity, perspective, and guidance as you navigate your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to begin building a relationship with this part of yourself, while exploring simple techniques to invite it onto the page—and into your daily life.

Create a space to breathe, soften, and simply be. We’ll explore rest, gentleness, and the power of giving yourself permission to slow down, let go of perfection, and reconnect with your center. Guided journaling practices will help you feel more at home within yourself, quiet the noise, and invite mindful presence into your daily life.

Step into the role of an intuitive detective—gathering clues from the subtle messages life offers. Whether they come through dreams, synchronicities, conversations, or everyday events, you’ll learn a simple process to observe and welcome messages with fresh eyes. This practice is about staying curious, playing with symbols, making connections, and seeing these as part of a larger, meaningful puzzle.  

An invitation to tune in and let your body express what words might miss. Your journal becomes a bridge between inner sensations and outer expression—giving form to feelings, tensions, memories, and intuitive messages. With simple tools, you’ll explore how to let your body “speak” through color, texture, and movement, supporting grounding, release, and embodied awareness.

You’ll discover processes to express without judgment, release held emotions, and uncover the wisdom within you. You’ll also explore techniques to return to a grounded, balanced state after processing, helping you regain clarity.

Reflect and honor your journey. You’ll revisit key insights and shifts, gathering the gems to carry forward. Together, we’ll create pages that capture this wisdom, allowing you to hold its energy and continue nurturing your growth. We’ll also explore ways to keep your journaling practice vibrant and supportive in everyday life.
